We will email you a contractual agreement within 24 hours. You can digitially sign this. Alternatively, you could print it out, physically sign it, scan it and email it back to us.

You will have 3 business days to review and sign the contract. This urgency is because we are following a first-come-first-served model of offering co-investment spots.

And finally...

Step 3 (out of 3): Fund transfer

Once you've signed the contract, you will have 4 business days to initiate the transfer.

Again, the reason for this request is that everytime Westernston & Inside ALPHA offer a co-investment deal, we are unable to offer a co-investment spot to all the investors who'd like to co-invest with us. As a result, we offer a reasonable amount of time to everyone so they can proceed to the next step.

And that's it.

Thereafer, we'll send you an annual report as well as your dividends at the end of each year.

Please note that your bank information (for dividend distribution purposes) will be collected during the first round of dividend distribution.

We only work with a very small number of clients at any given point of time. Working with a client requires a lot of attention, focus and dedication on our part, which is why we have to be selective about who we work with.

Consequently, we only work with clients who control their own brand in its entirety. Which means, we do not work with franchise businesses, or with businesses that sell products that could be classified as commodities.
